3.4 oz. Bottle Alaskan Organic Medium Birch Syrup, $7.50

Alaskan Organic Birch Syrup
Made by Alaska Birch Syrup Company in Wasilla Alaska. Here's what they say about their syrup:

In Alaska we tap the Birch Trees each spring making pure grades of organic birch syrup. We make light, medium and dark grades of pure syrup that are produced each year from the sap of white paper birch trees.
Birch syrup is a fruit sugar and makes wonderful glazes and sauces and is a secret ingredient in many recipes.  Our syrup is used by many chefs on salmon and then in desserts such as crème Brule.
More people are discovering this new and versatile ingredient each year.

3.5 oz. Jar Alaska Birch Jelly, $6.00

UNIQUE AND DELICIOUS BIRCH JELLY
Made by Alaska Birch Syrup Company in Wasilla Alaska. Here's what they say about their jelly:

Fruity tasting Birch Jelly is made with pure birch syrup, sugar, pectin and corn syrup - nothing else added.  The time we collect the sap and how it is processed makes the Pure Birch Syrup for our unique sweet Birch Jelly.
Birch is a primarily a fructose syrup and has the same  fruity acids found in most berries, so it only made sense.
